Hotel was very clean and seemed recently renovated, bed was comfortable and everything in the room (air cond, shower, fan, TV) worked properly. TV had sports channels so was able to watch Premier League football. Location was good, close to three large malls and 10-15 mins walk from the city bus station, although not many budget eats available nearby. Bus 200 to Teluk Cempedak beach stops just around the corner and costs RM2 each way. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Hot and cold water available from dispensers on each floor.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We come back because of the location, cleanliness, lift, and for the room for 3. Our room was equipped with 6 wall sockets that make life easier for charging phones and all.

Single bed must be fixed it makes u comfortable when turn the bed move.aircond not cold.other wise perfect.worth it for money

Very clean. There is tea/coffee in the room and a hot/cold water machine on the landing. Reception staff helpful and pleasant.

i love everything about the hotel. The location is great(nxt to mall). There a hidden cafes around the hotel so there are so many food options. Its very peaceful.

Near with town and shopping mall. If you want to breakfast near with Kemaman Kopitam with only 3 minutes with walking distance. Room is clean and comfortable

Good size of room. Clean and the hotel is nearby to shopping mall. Easy to get parking spot. The price could be less by walk in. Call them before you book.

Location in the town. 100m walk to the Kuantan City Mall. Many eateries nearby.
